By downloading, installing, or using SatComms ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
SatComms is a push-to-talk walkie-talkie application that enables real-time voice communication, text chat, and team management. The App requires an internet connection to function.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
SatComms offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the App, including voice communications and text messages. By using the App, you grant SatComms a limited license to transmit and temporarily store your content as necessary to provide the service.
On teams without Pro Plus, voice communications are transmitted in real-time and are not stored. On Pro Plus teams, voice transmissions are recorded and stored as voice messages in team chat for up to 30 days. Text messages are stored to provide chat history. You are solely responsible for the content you transmit.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SatComms and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SatComms does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatComms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings menu.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
